I’ve been living and breathing commercial kitchens since I was a little boy observing my father Yermie, the founder of GSI Kitchens.
His kitchens kept calling my name. So when I finally grew up, I began working with him.
Today, my father enjoys a semi-retirement while I lead the company the way he taught me.
Yes, we’ve grown. There’s more action going on.
But the way we run is still the same as it was in GSI’s early days.

Yermie Weiss,

After years of selling disposable goods to nursing homes, Yermie saw a huge need for skilled commercial kitchen designers and suppliers. He set up shop as GSI Kitchens and immediately began to win government bids for commercial kitchen supplies.
As the word spread about GSI’s meticulous work and unbeatable service, private clients clamored to hire Yermie.
Among GSI Kitchen’s first private clients were:

Yita Weiss,
